Other suppliers will try to sell you packed spare parts at a certain price. However, that price usually includes neither the support of the installation of the parts, nor the service it requires to fulfill their given task, leaving you, their customer, on your own.
Because of this, we include basic assistance on our price: Supplying the part, guiding you when installing it and giving you the required assistance as you implement it. This ensures that you are contented with the results and learn about the technical aspects of your equipment just in case other issues arise.
