  • Retrofit for Automation Direct HMI,  controlling a metal forming automatic guillotine machine, using Siemens HMI, standardizing spare parts.
  • Retrofit for Schneider VFD, controlling a metal forming automatic decking machine, using Emerson Control Techniques M700 Servodrive.
  • Complete back-up for all electronic devices in the plant, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servodrives, Safety modules.

  • Technical assistance on TRIO motion controller for an automatic napkins packaging machine, upgrading CPU.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing of S7 Siemens PLC controlling an Automatic toilet paper logs accumulator.
  • Retrofit for EZautomation HMIs on automatic paper guillotines.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing of S7-400 Siemens PLC controlling a Rotex2 machine.
  • Complete back-up for all electronic devices in Tissue plant, including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servodrives, Safety modules.

(Industrial maintenance contractors)

  • Retrofit for Kollmorgen servodrives, controlling a CNC for an Automatic beams Drilling machine, using updated Control Techniques Unidrive M700 servodrives. Customer: Universal Structures Limited.
  • Retrofit for Automation direct HMI connected to a Micrologix 1500 Allen Bradley PLC in an Automatic paper recycling baler machine. Customer: ACE Recycling Limited.

(PVC pipes and fittings  manufacturer)
 
  • Design, construction, installation, programming, commissioning, start-up and training of a batching plant for PVC compounds, including a 2ton batch capacity and pneumatic conveying systems. Implementing a S7-300 CPU 315-2PN/DP and several Touch panels, using Siwarex modules for scales and silos storage indication.
  • Retrofit for several plastic moulding machines using Siemens S7 plcs.
  • Retrofit for PVC pipe extruder machine implementing Siemens S7-300 plc series.

  • Retrofit for Allen Bradley PLC controlling a concrete block Cuber machine.
  • Retrofit for Allen Bradley HMI in an automatic concrete block machine.
  • Continuous support for the last 10 years, including troubleshooting, supplying spare parts, retrofitting, training, etc.
 
 Trinidad Aggregate Products Limited
(Clay products manufacturer)

  • Programming, commissioning, start-up and training of Clay tiles manufacturing plant, including a 120 meters long Roller Kiln, using Omron, Siemens, Automation direct PLCs  and HMIs.
  • Retrofit on a Honeywell 9000 control system, implementing an Automation direct PLC and National Instruments Lookout Supervisory system to control and monitor a Clay Blocks Tunnel Kiln.
  • Retrofit of PLCs, HMIs, Temperature Controllers, Power supplies, Communication modules, Process transmitters, VFDs, using updated devices.
  • Continuous support for the last 15 years, including troubleshooting, supplying spare parts, retrofitting, training, etc.

  • Technical assistance on troubleshooting and backup of an Omron PLC and Schneider HMI on Bossar 2, automatic flexible packaging (pouches) filling machine.
